Thinking of your children's welfare when moving is a noble thing to do. As parents, it is your responsibility to let your children be in good hands as long as they are under your care. If moving is a big change in your life as an adult, then for children the idea is bigger. Be positive about everything. Though it may be hard to comfort your kids about why they need to leave behind their friends because you need to move to a new home, try harder. Children will understand why you need to move and if you approach them with a smile telling that everything will be fine in your new place, they will listen. Don't underestimate what your children may feel and think because they will be ones who will be frustrated if you move unsuccessfully. To make everything for your kids easy to take, tell them about the good things of moving. Let them know that it is good to start a new in a new place where they will meet new friends. Adjusting will be easy if you as their parents help them get familiarized with their new environment. Sooner or later, it will seem that nothing happens-and it's just your kids know that moving is part of growing and living.
